Pirate Pixies Pizza Party

Game 8 - Dolphins

The Pirate Pixies needed every ounce of Arrgh against the Capitol Hill Dolphins - probably the physically roughest team we've played. But the Pixies played well, and not that we are the types to keep score, but if we were, we could say that they had an undefeated season!

Pirate Pixies Pizza

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Karin Hirschfeld

Hi friends –

The Pixies played a dynamite game yesterday.  They all played their best (despite the intimidating reputation of the mighty Badgers) and it was great to watch!

Just a reminder that our end of the season party is Saturday, October 25th at Vince's (6 – 8 ish pm).  I need to pre-order so please let me know how many people from your family will be attending and if you have a pizza preference.  I have heard from the families of: Ellie, Nicole, Alice, Mackenzie and Savita.

THANKS!  See you Tuesday at 5

Game 7 - Badgers

Each Pixie on the field played exquisitely today, and it paid off. Fearless and ferocious, they owned the field, playing against the very talented Mt Baker Badgers.

Game 6 - Cheetah Girls

The Pirate Pixies had a very successful game against another Mt Baker team, the Cheetah Girls. We had a special fan - Coach Johnny, our Thursday ISS coach was there to see them in action!

Hi there –

We had a wet but energetic practice tonight – these girls are hardy!

Our game this Saturday is at 1:15.  Please be there by 12:55 for warm-ups.  Thanks much – let me know if anyone needs a ride to or from.

Tks

Karin

Game 5 - Dolphins

I think this was the windiest game the pixies have ever played. When kicked into the wind, the ball would stop midair. Despite that, they played very well, passing and scoring effectively.
